Sorry for your loss.
I lost one of my best friends from high school a couple years ago due to an overdose. He was also in his mid-twenties. It's quite shocking and hard to understand at the time. Coming together with your mutual friends and reminiscing and sharing stories is a bittersweet but helpful thing to do.

I completely understand how you feel.
I lost a close friend of mine a few years back in a car crash and, for a while, nothing seemed to help ease the pain. Having them there one moment and then gone the next is a very surreal and frightening experience. I kept trying to tell myself it was a dream and that I'd wake up one day, go round to his house and he'd be there but that never happened. He was gone. It still feels weird to this day knowing I'll never see him again.
If you ever want to talk, feel free to drop me an inbox or something, pal.

My personal opinions are not endorsed by PSU. But they should be.

Thanks for all the replies guys, sorry I haven't replied much to the thread since creating it but i've just been spending time with a few friends. Again, thank you so much. We all met up for a drink last night and talked about the good times so at the moment, we are sad but spirits are all very high. Just the way he would want it.
Can't say it enough but thank you.I Like Games.

Sorry for your lost, BBK. Similar situation happened to a family friend of mine. He was only 18 at the time, too. My condolences to you, his family and friends. May the good Lord rest his soul and give him paradise.
With love,

Not the best thing to say I suppose but at least your friend checked out doing what he loved to do instead of the victim of someone else's actions whether good-intention'd or otherwise. I know it has to suck but look at it from this perspective. There will be better days ahead.

Terribly sorry for your loss. I know that feeling all too well. A close friend of mine committed suicide back in September. I've lost my father, as well, which was tough.
Losing a friend was a different feeling. Keep your head up, raise a drink in his honor. Cheers man.

That is a atrocious thing to happen to anyone especially in the prime moments of their life. A bad thing to befall my ears yet that's life. Anyways, I'm sorry to hear this happen to you. All of the best.

When I was 16 I lost a good friend of mine in Turkey. He was riding a quad bike but wasn't wearing a helmet and crashed into a truck. Then about 2 months later another friend of mine died in a car accident.
When my first friend died I was so depressed.
Anyway keep your chin up and only time can heel you!
