    EA's John Ricitello steps down

Due to "company failings" apparently. Screwing up (minor or majorly depending on your POV) or at least hurting your rep among gamers, probably wouldn't help the bottom line.

    EDIT:
    Correct surname spelling isRiccitiello.

    Is E.A stepping down

I am surprised this was not done earlier in the madness of SIM CITY or before

Was really only a matter of time. I'm guessing he jumped before he was pushed.

I predict we'll see a 'new and improved' version of EA promoted at this year's E3. Except, it'll just be pathetic P.R and the company won't actually change much at all.

Change your direction, EA. That means no Online Passes, no DRM, no rushing development and no Micro Transactions!

A complete 180 is in order. EA can do it. Whether or not they will is another matter altogether.

I've heard some people are having issues reading the article. Say they can't connect.

Maybe EA can stop being the worst company in the world now...
