new ps3 firmware 4.40 problems

ok since i have made the update i cant exit a game with th ps bottun and god of war ascension does not work properly anymore kratos stands blocking and i cant get im to stop it and when i want input a wi fi key i cant because the cursor runs like crazy to the left

Seems it's created a few problems for the controller, since updating my controller hasn't synced with the system when I've first switched it on, I had to hold the PS button till it turned off then turn it back on again.

That is weird. I have had no issues since this update. Been playing Ascension and my controller works fine. I am using the new slim model PS3 if that matters.

What kind of PS3s are the two above using? I got the CoD: BO PS3 slim, cant get on the TV so im just curious.

I have a 160GB Original Slim, the one before they took out the LEDs.

It hasn't happened since and I just had to recharge my controller anyway.

Original fat 60gb, I was playing RE6 most of last night after updating and didn't notice any issues. Are you sure it isn't the controller itself that's bugging out?

Hasn't happened lately. Not a big deal if it happens now and again anyway, just turn the controller off and back on again. Even worse when it happens after launching a PS2 Classic you have to plug it in then quit the game and relaunch the game again, thankfully that's also rare but it has happened to many people its a problem with the emulator.

The update screwed me up. I cant get video on my Samsung anymore but it works on my LG. I was fine on both until this update. Guess I wont be using my PS3 online in the front room anymore. UPDATE - Tried unplugging and then plugging in the HDMI in the back of the PS3 and I have video on the Samsung again. At least for now. lol If it happens again I'll exchange it under my Gamestop warranty.
