    Killzone: Shadow Fall | New Details

    - Wanted to do something a bit different than what they accomplished with the PS3
    - Game begins on the Vectan home planet
    - Helghast have been allowed to move in next door in their home planet
    - The two cultures’ differences result in tension
    - Team is looking to expand on Killzone’s existing systems
    - Ex: can drop down on enemies and perform death-from-above maneuvers
    - Mechanics have been tinkered with
    - Can switch modes on your weapons
    - Ex: you’re using a close range weapon, and with the press of a button, scope flips up and switches over to a long-range weapon

    What im wondering is how did they get to the point where they thought they could coexist on the same planet? Im really not digging the theme of this one. Hopefully it has great gameplay though.

    The main multiplayer guy for KZ2 who didnt work on it for KZ3 is back for KZSF. It was a tweet i read months ago im not sure i can find it but its confirmed.

    I'm rather suspicious of the source website, they seem to make a lot of basic spelling errors. Has GI magazine for June been released yet?

    Oh, how sweet that would be! KZ2 multiplayer was some of the best I've played this gen.

    I didn't really like the character we were in controller in the trailer. It looked too much like Crysis type of character ( design like w/o nanosuit ).
    The weapon mod switch system is a good idea but there already was an alternative mod in KZ 1.
    Hope we ll be able to see or control more characters like in KZ1. Don't like the guy wearing the helmet in this one. doesn' t look that charismatic.

    I'm guessing it has something to do with rico and the others dropping that nuke on their home planet. The higher ups trying to "make right" of the tragedy.

    What I'm somewhat pissed about is this not being a opened world game. It's a perfect setting. Shadow Marshal;Sharing the planet with the higs...I want something new instead of just another killzone shooter(tho I loved kz2 & 3). I need more creativity added.

    You just made my day. Killzone 2's multiplayer is still my favorite FPS. Killzone 3's MP $#@!ing sucked.
