I'm surprised no thread was made about this.An Ohio prosecutor vowed Thursday to pursue murder charges against the Cleveland kidnapping suspect for terminating the pregnancies of the women he is accused of holding captive for a decade.
The prosecutor, Timothy McGinty of Cuyahoga County, also said that he would consider seeking the death penalty.
The suspect, Ariel Castro, is already charged with four counts of kidnapping — three for the women he is accused of abducting and one for a baby that one of the women bore in captivity.
McGinty said he would seek charges for each act of sexual violence, rape, kidnapping, assault and “each act of aggravated murder he committed by terminating pregnancies that the offender perpetuated against the hostages during this decade-long ordeal.”
The man also made a statement on how to prevent stuff like this from happening. He said Don't get in a vehicle with anyone.

What's worse is a few years ago, the police were called there because a woman was crawling naked in the back yard. Nothing was ever followed up with that since no one answered the door. Ugh. It's terrible. Going through all the info that has been released about this location, those women could have been saved years and years ago.

Runs in the family, one of his daughters was sentenced to 25 yrs in jail for trying to kill her daughter. This is like that case with that Schnitzel guy but he did it to his own daughter.

I find it even more horrible as far the police department goes, in then being recorded as saying, "We've found them"... ugh. I'm not a very violent person until I need to be. Right now, I think I need to be with those that had been to the house and did nothing. Grrrr....
