Give your family access to your entire games library anytime, anywhere: Xbox One will enable new forms of access for families. Up to ten members of your family can log in and play from your shared games library on any Xbox One. Just like today, a family member can play your copy of Forza Motorsport at a friend’s house. Only now, they will see not just Forza, but all of your shared games. You can always play your games, and any one of your family members can be playing from your shared library at a given time.

Its a sharing feature, and is doesn't have to be in the same house, or on the same Xbox.
The any one of your family can be playing from your shared file to me reads like any one person can play any game at the same time not ten people can all play different games at the same time

Just another example of having to read between the lines here. Anytime and anywhere eh? Except when you're playing it.

I believe that's true, think of it like this, you buy COD, your buddy that lives across town doesn't have the game, but if you put him on your share list he can download the share copy of the game and you can both play it together.
That wouldn't be possible with a disc game and a console that doesn't support an online sharing system like this.
If you let him borrow your game disc, you wouldn't have access to the game until he gave it back.
Ive also had friends lose and damage disc before, wouldn't have to worry about that with the family share feature.

If it works properly, this is a cool feature. But in the end, I see it ending as PS3 ended. From 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to about damn none!
