I would say that PS4 supports MP4 and MP3 codecs as it is the default format for all music/movies and was also supported in PS3.

You can also take control of your friend's games to help them. Demos of games can be played instantly from the store without downloading. Also, sony has said it will make the overall network faster. Also, Shuhei Yoshida has said that developers can offload calculations to the cloud. Though the benefits of the last two have yet to be seen.

That's why I was thinking not to put the questions in the OP. I figured that was better left to the FAQ. I linked it in the OP.

Given that all of AMD's controllers are SATA 3 already and we are using AMD parts, I find no reason to think otherwise. Also, any SATA HDD will work in a later SATA standard.
The sweetest thing is if your totally hooking up your rig, would be to put in an SSD but i don't know for sure their OS can handle it properly (Probably) . The danger with SSD HDD's though is sometimes they get a firmware update to enhance and fix bugs, and, that WIPES THE DRIVE!!!
So be VERY WARY of using an SSD on your game system without an external to back it up between updates. Also, if you found it needed an update and so cared to do it, you'd have to yank the drive in the first place, all a bit of a hassle. Still, the speed rewards are stunning.

Fair enough, that way people can resort to that FAQ and if their questions are not answered they can ask here, but still if you add the questions/answers to the OP it would save time from people asking the same questions all over again. That's my two cents though.

will I be able to watch porn on the PS4 better than the PS3? will all videos work this time and not just some videos and some favorited websites? is there a way to make folders onto the PS4 so I may make many folders with generic names and place those porn video files in the most inner folder?

So far it looks like the PS4 HDD bay will be located on the under side of the console it's the only side of the console they haven't shown yet I'm betting there's a trap door located under there to remove the HDD I'll be upgrading to 1TB day one 500GB won't be enough

My question also doesn't have an answer. But I want to know if we get custom soundtracks on the PS4.
IE can play our own music during any game.

Safe to say it will work, as the ps4 has usb and optical. The one thing I wish someone would ask sony is the extent of compatibility with ps3 accessories.

Here's a question. Amazon had launch day or 'day one' consoles available for sale, Gamestop also had launch day consoles available. So what gives? I pre ordered at Best Buy. Best Buy isn't getting any for launch day or day one? What about Wal-mart and other stores? The whole reason I pre ordered at bb was because I would have figured being that they are a big electronics giant that they would surely have some because I thought everybody was going to pre order at Gamestop. Is there any info out there on what stores actually had launch day consoles other than Amazon and gamestop? If I don't get to get one on launch I could deal with it but If I don't get one before christmas then I have a problem with that as I see no reason for me to have pre ordered in the first place. Surely Best Buy is going to get quite a few I would think.

It will have cross-game chat. The dedicated audio processor chip in the PS4 will be for cross-game chat, handling 200 concurrent mp3 streams in-game, etc. I'll assume it'll allow cross-game chat between PS4 and Vita, seeing how closely connected the 2 are, and them mentioning that the Vita was designed with PS4 communication in mind.

Correct. I agree as well with the cross game chat with vita. They've said that the vita and ps4 were meant for each other so I think itd be ridiculous for that not to be available.

I myself have one question. WE know the vita will support native remote play but will it also be able to perform all the same functions as the playstation app on phones/tablets? Since the vita is the companion device to ps4 it would only make sense as it would make it the ultimate companion device.

well i think you answered your own question. Its the ultimate companion device so why the heck would a smart phone be able to do something it cant?
