Yeah, very true. I am now just trying to see the benefits of having it include vs not having it -- one of which is definitely developer support.

No controller is idiot proof. The correct way to hold the DS3 is perfectly natural, but stupid people are stupid and don't understand it's not meant to be held with the full palm like certain other pads.

Bet you can't hold a 360 controller wrong. Never hear complaints about that.

I never had to think about how to hold it. but if so many people are getting their thumbs bumped...maybe we just have different hands. I have pretty large hands, not humongous like some guys but pretty large from what I've noticed and I have never touched my thumbs together...ever.

How many are going to switch back to ONE!!?

if anyone has worked it out by now, the console seem as much or as if the same but with PS4 being more powerful which is kinda irrelevant for now because we don't really know what advantage it has over XBO yet & with a lower price point of $100 64 is it safe to say gamers will get a PS4 due to the price & will gamers drop the PS4 now because of MS announcing the removal of DRM restrictions!! but to me familys will be looking to save there money of that $100 imo an go with PS4, of course Hardcore gamers will be looking to buy both.

Are you still going with PS4 over XBO?
Are you dropping PS4 for XBO?
    or
    Are you getting both?
    What will family's choose?

You can't ask these many questions at once bro. It's too much.

The reason why the 360 pad is just about perfect is symmetrically my left thumb goes to the stick and the right goes to the face buttons, which is the main use for every genre aside from FPSs. Makes sense, and when I shift down for FPSs it makes using the right trigger more comfortable... Another win. It's just a superior design and one MS R&D have spent alot of time and money on to get right.

I don't see that. When I'm holding onto something, my thumbs are at a 45 degree angle to the right from where I'm looking at them however they're straight (90 degrees) if I moved my hand upright. I guess some people just have different sort of thumbs.

It really depends on how you hold the controller. I can see the 360 controller being natural to those that keep their fingers behind the controller...but for me, I keep mine mostly on the shoulder buttons so mine are perfectly symmetrical to the thumb sticks on the DS.

It's not symmetrical when using the face buttons though which 90% of games you'l use more than right analog stick.

With the consoles being so close in power, and both showing a great line up of games, I am getting both of course.

^Totally agree, I could never figure out how people played 007 on that console lol. Or most games for that matter.

I liked it lol. There were usually enough buttons within reach to make both ways of holding it practical

How to hold a 360 controller:
    http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question...0011832AAEgpgZ

    There are videos too!

People have asked questions like that. I can't think of a way to hold a PS3 controller wrong, kind of like how you can't with the 360 controller.

Like someone said, no controller is idiot proof....the aim is not to be, but.....you can't always predict what people will do.

DS fits my hands with no issues. I find it more comfortable than the 360 controller.

People have their preferences. I don't understand why one side tries to say one is more natural than the other. I've never found the DS to be "unnatural." I am glad the DS4 is keeping the same layout as the DS3.

Pretty sure someone else started complaining about the DS first. I'd look it up if I wasn't almost done (wasting time and not doing my work) here at work.

The Wii U controller is pretty damn cool. Shame the screen is not in HD though. I think the Wii U has the best controller of all the new consoles. I just love all the possibilities it offers.
