Been looking at these two cards. I know 670 is more powerful but the question is it it powerful enough to justify the $200 difference? Not looking to play every game out there on high, but looking to have a graphics card that will last me 2-3 years.

Geforce 660 vs 670I have twitter to https://twitter.com/GamerYuichi , Also started youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMu7yRGCz8QrTyxaNVR3Tqw I don't always twitch, but when I can you can find my noobness http://www.twitch.tv/yuichimccry,
I have been using a 460 and it's worked just fine with any game out there. My 660M, in my lappy of course, works fine for every game out there. The desktop 660 will work just fine for a while.
Here are some links to check out:'
Desktop for sure.. was just commenting that if my 660M notebook card works with the games, then definitely you won't be going wrong with the 660 desktop version. Then there is the comparisons between the two you were asking about, and that should help decide whether the price difference is worth the performance boost.

I'd advise the OPto either send a bit more nod get a 660Ti or a bit more again and getaway 770
But you tend to not use AA so...
The 770 is just as if not more powerful than a 680 and the 770 is cheaper, its priced somewhere betwen the 670 and 680.
660 TI is a good card, but go easy on the AA.Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.8GHz | Nvidia 970 GTX | 6 GB Corsair Xms 1333 Mhz | 1 TB Seagate HDD | 250 GB WD HDD | Windows 7 Ultimate |
