    Good free music editor for windows

    Hey guys I am looking for a music editor that's free for windows. Nothing fancy I am actually just looking to clip the music and combined tracks. Anyone know a good one?

    Yep I vote Audacity as well. you can cut and splice individual sounds and make loops very easy.
    I created this 6 minute loop of the Amen break very easy.

    Yeah, Audacity is great for editing sound. It has almost as many features as other software you have to pay for. I just whish there was something like this for video editing too.

    Audacity is pretty much your best bet. Although it's more for sound editing than anything, it can work for music too.
