It's funny we haven't heard of this, yet. This is like an Area 51 for gaming!

I was thinking that as well. It looks like they've had an eye on this location for some time, but Kaz would definitely have to sign on that move. It really does make sense, though. Playstation is a massive revenue generator for the whole Sony group. It's almost bizarre that they haven't had an HQ for that branch or division up til now.

This, on top of resisting the break-up deal, has me thinking that making Kaz Hirai the CEO was actually a really good decision. He's made some tough but intelligent decisions.

You know I was skeptical about Sony with a gaming-only focus moving forward. I think if this is what I think it's meant to do, they may have a good chance at really going balls deep this generation.

This focus is almost like Disney for gaming.

Nice digs, but nothing special. There are tons of tech companies with so called "baller pads". If you don't live in California, I can understand why this seems like a big deal. But since I live here, I can tell you they are a dime a dozen. I remember when EA opened up their baller pad campus in LA years ago. Apple wants to make that new huge futuristic ring-saucer HQ. Just business as usual here.

If Apple doesn't have it and wants to make it, that sounds like a big deal man.

EA is the biggest publisher in the world...
