Is there going to be an NA release for this game?

The fact that its free to play changes everything, and makes all the sense in the world as to why its online only.

I would get a PS4 solely for this game if it ends up being decent to pretty good. To me its the most visually appealing next-game revealed so far to boot as well.

The graphics are nice but the gameplay is really not doing it for me... It looks like they have tried to use a third person shooter camera and mechanics in a spears and swords RPG. And that makes for horrible times

The fact that I can aim my strikes actually makes this more appealing than if it were just the same ol' canned animations after a simple button press that you'd find in any hack n' slash (Deep Down is clearly not going for a hack n' slash route). It makes the combat feel more genuinely medieval to me.

You have to aim to attack... the camera zooms in, you lose all peripheral vision and aim with a twitchy reticle not suited to an analog stick. They took a really bad mechanic from shooters like Gears of War and Mass Effect and transplanted it onto a genre that should never be $#@!ed with like that

    C'mon the combat looks awful

You have to aim to attack and it comes into an over the shoulder view, you get a reticle to attack, and this is bad, why?
You lose some peripheral vision, this is bad, WHY? It makes combat more difficult, something you have to think about more. Playing as a knight with a big visor over your face shouldn't afford you great vision anyway, and this gives us some of that, even if its not first person. 'Twitchy'. I've never had issue with over the shoulder controls on an analog stick. Worked great for RE4.

I like this set up. It's more involved, more methodical, makes more sense for the type of game they are making.

As opposed to just pressing square and you see the same horizontal slash you'll always see. Now I have to measure distance and timing a bit more in a game like this, as I have to actually prep my weapon in an attack stance and aim my blow.

I want more RPGs to be like this.
