Help which to choose EVGA video card?

I want to upgrade my video card from GTX 670 to GTX 780. After reading a lot about the video cards. I liked EVGA video cards. I have came across these two video cards model P/N: 03G-P4-3788-KR and P/N: 03G-P4-2748-KR. 3788 performance:
    2304 CUDA Cores
    993 MHz Base Clock
    1046 MHz Boost Clock
    190.6GT/s Texture Fill Rate

    The 2748 performance:2304 CUDA Cores
    967 MHz Base Clock
    1020 MHz Boost Clock
    185.6GT/s Texture Fill Rate.

As we can see. The 3788 it has few higher numbers and Iam no expert in video cards. Is it a big deal to not to get 2748? Because I couldn't find 3788 and I just found 2478. I don't do no overclock thing just play the games at 1080P and push the video settings to ultra and that is all. Thanks for any help.
