Logic is in the corner of us here friend, it would make no sense having a 3D era character in the HD era universe. Because they are two different universe's and R* makes smart reasons why it makes no sense

CJ's fate is unknown and that goes for all the characters, well the live one's he encountered in S.A, and therefore they can not bring him into this game

Without leaving a message or something in S.A to enable him to return.

Seen plenty of Hotels and motels, anyone off them could be it

Since CJ's house is different to what it was back in S.A

"all you had to do was catch the dam train CJ"
    Need i say more!

San andreas was great fun in the ps2 era, but GTA V is about 20 times better IMO. I can still barely believe it runs on the ps3!

I got bored of SA much faster than I thought I would. I think its because of our aging and getting used to these games, when if shown when I was 7 or 8 I would freak out and think this game would last decades. The other part is how many unique situations and physics related interactions can one have in a game.

I'm not a big fan of games developers who re-release maps used in previous titles, but I think with GTA V it's so much more than 'old content'.

In contrast to SA, what I really like about V is its look - it's not dry, but very live and things are really happening. It's a frantic environment.

Yeah man its kinda sad, we used to enjoy things a lot more when we were younger, growing up sucks (
Anyway, we should get outta this emotional mood, it doesnt suit me

This has me wondering though, will there ever be a game that we can never get bored of?

Nope, I think we would get bored of just about any game out there in the end. Just the way the human mind works! Every single game I have really enjoyed has become boring once i finished the story! The only exceptions are games without any story (world of tanks, WOW) but I got really bored of the first example and have never even played WOW.
