MS already stated the X1 can be used for personal buissness. Not only did MS stated this but they showcased it at the build 2013 via Link. Big win and game

Windows is virtualized on the thing (or something of the fashion) so no surprise....

If it's true it shouldn't come as that big a surprise, since gaming was never Microsoft's ultimate goal with the Xbox project, the end goal was always to get windows on your TV. Your mileage may vary on how much of a good thing that is, especially if it brings all the usual windows issues with it. So far about the only thing related to Xbox One's new direction that has really surprised me has been how ham handed Microsoft was in getting the message out, since PR has always been one of their strengths, and how quickly they back peddled on almost everything they had designed the box to be.

I thought MS themselves said that 1 of the 3 OS' the system runs was a barebones W8 os ala RT for use with W8 metro apps. Thought that was old news.
PCs are very much like Air Conditioners.
They both become utterly useless once you start to open up Windows....

And here microsoft says not all windows 8 apps can run on xbox one

I'm guessing they will down the line.

Yep, this is where Kinect 2 for PC comes in as well.

What would you 'rather' buy for your HUGE screen in your board room?
XBOX One so you can host games occasionally in the board room or just hook your PC in and have to have the camera for Skype Conferences?

Yeah, I had this one worked out long ago.

This will sell a few units, but, only to the smart salesperson and the more youthful company executives who figure it out.
