PS4 Watch Dogs footage used in Xbox gameplay video

    http://www.psu.com/a021575/PS4-Watch...gameplay-video

Microsoft recently posted a gameplay video of Watch Dogs which featured gameplay from a PlayStation 4.
User Munky1349 from Mature Video Gamer came across the video in question, which has now been taken down by Microsoft. Fortunately, a screenshot was taken, and the button overlay at the bottom includes PlayStation controll face buttons rather than those found on the Xbox controller.

The distinctiveness of the PlayStation face buttons featured in this screenshot and in the former video that Xbox uploaded to its official Youtube channel look authentic, considering that, like fellow Ubisoft title Assassin's Creed, the buttons tend to appear in the in-game HUD with a tactile pattern that takes the shapes of the buttons rather than the buttons simply appearing, which further validates the authenticity of this screenshot.

    Thanks, JunkieMonkeys.

Eh - it's a mistake, but I don't think someone needs to be fired. A bit harsh imo.

Funny blooper sure. But no biggie.

I remember when someone used a screenshot of Forza in an advertisement for GT5. Oh man, I used to give people hell for that! Hahaha!

I wonder how come Sony hasn't sued on this, not because of this one time, but because it has been recurrent since X360 vs PS3.
It's funny they don't learn and keep doing the same though.
