What Would you Change/Add to the Dualshock 4

plagiarism prevention: Lethal gave me this idea from his thread lol.

so what would you change/add to the Dualshock 4? or is it perfect for ya?

I like the ergonomics of it seeing as the ds3 made my hands cramp. like the concave sticks and the outward designed bottom triggers. wast too appealing to use an Xbox button layout on my first shooter on the console but I got use to it and it works well. maybe next time use some top grade military tech grip for the sticks for when your hands sweat?

I said it before and I vow to plea till I get it...... Touch SCREEN, not touch pad

Otherwise give it the long fabled grephene batteries (which will probably stay in development for the next century ) and the thing would be perfect

If I would change something on the DS4 controller, I would upgrade the speaker.

Does the DS4 still have Sixaxis? I hope it does, I did like how some games used it and they used it well I thought.

I've never been fond of using R2/L2 for shoot/aim, R1/L1 are ideal for me. No reason to have any button travel when it comes to aiming or shooting in a game, it's either on or off. And R1/L1 are exactly that... just on/off buttons. Even with the DS4 I switch any game I can to use R1 for shoot and L1 for aim (did this in KZSF, glad they offered that option). And it feels great, although the default was R2/L2, which worries me as some shooters on the PS4 may force default this setup, which would be horrible. This would pander to the 360 users a little too much, PS games should always be default R1/L1 for shoot/aim.

Well, it has the sixaxis motion things in the controller, as you can tilt the controller for use as keyboard input. But currently it is horrible IMO, no idea how anybody could use it successfully cause it is really fast and goes the opposite way you think it will. I tilt the controller left and the cursor goes right. If I tilt it right and the cursor goes left. Makes no sense to me, maybe my motion thing got inverted by accident.

Not sure if any games use it yet, but that's fine by me, I always hated the motion thing. If I want to flail my arms and limbs around to control things on the screen, I'll buy a Wii.

Wouldn't surprise me to see a battery extension pack made available that plugs into the micro-USB port and gives many hours more of power supply for the controller. Cause the DS4 battery does drain faster than the DS3.

I had a chance to play Knack a bit at a Best Buy kiosk and loved the controller. It blows the PS3 controller away and felt as good to be as the 360 controller does.

I love everything about the controller only complaint is that the outside area of the concave area hurts the middle of my thumb after a while. I think a little softer material would have helped this. Could just be me. Other than that I love the new controller.

maybe try to center your thumb? (theoretically lol) when I play my thumbs end up everywhere on the sticks but they never hurt. and I must say the concave really helps when sweating starts or thumb fatigue.
didn't they change the material on the sticks so it wouldn't be so spongy as on the ds3?

It was fully charged before I started playing yesterday. Last about 6 hours, I guess. Seems like DS3 lasted forever......so I'm just spoiled.

I'm not a fan of the placement of the Share and Options button, but it's probably more a case of getting used to it than anything else.

I probably used line for at least 6 hours before it went down to one bar. I might time it and run it down. That's actually a good thing to do is let it fly charge and run it all the way down. Cycles it.
