    PSN download speed!

I thought Sony updated their network, this is ridiculous!

I'm only getting 1-2MB, when i should be getting around 10-15MB!

Is anyone having the same issue? Cause that way i will decide against some Digital only games i would want to buy.

Make sure you open up the proper ports in your router settings!

PS4's ports that you should open to get the most out of your connection.

List of individiual games and the ports that you need to get the best connection to them (Battlefield 4's ports for example have helped a lot of people get BF4's MP to run smooth)

I always just put my PS3 in my DMZ, I assume this will work for PS4?

Yep, but you should open up those ports as well in the "port forwarding" tab in "gaming and applications"

Edit: btw, heres how you get you PS4's IP address in case you don't know already.

Settings>Network>View Connection Status - 4th row down under IP adress.

I have been getting fairly close to my 25Mbps service speeds when downloading games off PSN. I didn't even bother putting it in my DMZ or setup port forwarding. So far no issues w/ server lag or anything. I'm sure I'll eventual get around to setting it up but probably won't do it until I start seeing performance issues.

After the fifth try on day one the entire patch downloaded in like 2 mins.
    Everything else has been okay.

Some things have been interrupted and had to be deleted and redownloaded.

Does the PS4 read in Mega Bytes per second? Making it seem worse than it is?
    2MB per second is 16Mbit.

I have a 30 Mbps connection. But on ps4 it says I'm getting 13 Mbps. I'm on wifi for now. What is DMZ? And how do I set up?
