Saw the Panorama episode. Damn. I mean, a count-down to their next pick up? That would stress anybody the hell out.

Yeah, this is even worse than my previous job. It was similar to this, but not as bad, it was a big online books store. So they definitely have my sympathies.
I know Amazon is different than Ebay and this is one of the ways, but they definitely need to make some adjustments since the holiday rush is causing mental illness.

I saw the Panorama episode titled "Amazon The Truth Behind The Click" and it was interesting. Looks horrible, to nearly run all day long pushing a heavy cart while hearing nothing but beeping the whole time. Don't even start with their 3 strikes policy, that's downright foolish. 3 strikes and your gone. If you happen to get sick during the middle of a shift and have to go home, that's half a point. The pay for such a job should be at least $25.00 USD or CAD per hour.
