    Yes, it will work. Although it won't fit very well.

    I need help, I have a PS3 super slim, without a mounting bracket, I am not going to buy a mounting bracket therefore i need to know what HDD/SSD I need to buy to be compatible with my PS3, a 2.5 HDD, 3.5 HDD, 2.5 SSD or 3.5 SSD? Please answer quickly!

    You need a 7.5mm laptop top hard drive thats used for super slim laptops for a perfect fit but you can use 9.5mm ones

    That's a good price and yes it'll work.

    Hybrids seemed to take longer to load certain games when tested, might be different now but SSD is the best drive you can get for PS3.
