CBOAT leaks Source 2 L4D shot

Plantation level (from L4D2) re-rendered in Source 2 with tweaked assets

I wonder when a nuclear warhead goes off, does the frame rate of real life drop?

So are they going to port all their games to another updated engine? Again?

Probably not. Its a common practice to test old assets in the new engine to see if stuff works

Looks cool, vegetation could be better though. Would like to see the animations.

Nice to see Valve is nearly caught up to a 2007 level of graphics.

Jokes aside, this could easily be fake. Hell, it could be a project made in Source Film Maker. But if it is real, I'd be very content if this was how their future games looked. Hopefully it's improved in more ways than just the graphics though. With Source we saw the beauty of the Havok Engine and its physics-driven mechanics, which really set Half-Life 2 ahead for its time.
