Wow..definitely won't be getting this! The JRPG element of the game puts me right off, looks so boring! Gutted.. would love an open world South Park game to play. Thanks for post

I think the gameplay works perfectly and is akin to the show, 2D. The fact that Trey and Matt wrote the game is good enough reason for the South Park fanboy in me to buy this game...and I definitely want the Grand Wizard edition.

Here in the States it's about $80, with tax from my state (California) that's $88. I preordered the Grand Wizard edition because for the extra $20 it looks awesome. Since this looks like a PROPER SP game I got tempted and went for the GW edition, could NOT resist. The direct link for the GW ediiton at Gamestop in the States if anyone is interested:

$88? Sounds like Canada too. $#@!. Good on you for getting the GW edition. We South Park fans deserve to treat ourselves to spoils. I saw the gameplay demo, it's not bad. It feels and plays exactly like a south park episode. Well done.

Yup, our State sales tax is very high, one of the highest in the U.S. It's 10%, fackin nuts. And I agree, we fans deserve to treat ourselves! Thankfully my wife agrees I watched a small part of the gameplay demo, didn't want to spoil much but I had to have a taste. I LOVED what I saw, it does feel and play exactly like it should, at least from what I could see without the benefit of trying it myself. We get to try it ourselves in ONE week! ONE WEEK!!!! HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only thing that I will always miss from this game is a legendary character who was killed off. I think you know him, he's got beautiful, chocolate salty balls.

Any chance of some reviews coming out today? I don't want to watch videos only because of dialogue spoilers, but I also don't want to play a bad game. I'm staring at the PS Store pre order screen right now and debating.

I Curious,of reviews to especially because,of the jpeg combat system so wonder how many reviewers will take off points for,it or ignore it completely.

12? reviews I saw claimed 20. Still nothing to brag about with regards to the RPG genre....but more than respectable for a game these days.

IGN said 14 hours... That's more than a full season of south park. I thought it was actually going to be shorter... they also gave it 9/10, very impressive.
