I did it for you but I have some feedback on your questions. You shouldn't use negatives when you have agree/disagree. You're needlessly introducing double negatives. E.g:
    14. I never play games in order to feel better.
Should be "I always play games to feel better". It's just a lot easier for the mind to agree or disagree with positive statements than it is negative ones. A few times I had to think whether agreeing or disagreeing was right and when people are taking time to help you, you ought to make the process as quick and painless as possible.

There were also a few questions that came up in different forms, and some questions that contradicted each other:
    13. I play games to help me cope with any bad feelings I might have.
    14. I never play games in order to feel better.
13 and 14 are basically asking the same thing.

    Same with 41 and 42
    41. I do not think I could stop gaming.
    42. I could easily stop my gaming if I wanted to without any problem.
The final section was again asking questions that have already been asked in other words. A little too much repetition IMHO.

So ja, good luck with your study and I hope PSU is able to help you along. Not trying to be an ass btw, just giving some feedback for future surveys.

Now you mention it there was also a question which was about Gambling.. I don't know if that was supposed to bo Gaming instead of Gambling or not, but nonetheless, Gambling and gaming is quite a different thing :P

I don't like this stupid ass survey. It's as if you're purposefully trying to act as a shrink and posing questions in a manner to make people think they have a problem with themselves. So I ask, what the $#@! are you trying to pull here exactly?

The whole vibe I got from the survey is, "Big brother is watching you and he thinks you have a problem".

This said to me "a study that's close to home", perhaps her topic is games as escapism, video game dependency or the role games play in depression or whatever. I just answered. Tisn't mandatory.

I don't think I'm part of your target demographic.. Had it been about Facebook or internet addiction on the other hand, lol..

Next time you're making a survey, you might want to aim at it parents of kids and preteens. You might find some interesting results.

Other than that, good luck with your project.

SotC 2, Fallout 4, next Obsidian Fallout, Project Eternity, Uncharted 4, Divinity [NEW!]

Nowhere really. I noticed the tone of the survey and gave my opinion on it. I genuinely think it's a dig at gamers as a whole with the types of questions asked and I'm calling out the bull$#@!.

Then, do you care to explain yourself? Why are there questions about gambling in there? Why are the questions about escapism and game addiction? Who is funding the underlying research and what are their affiliations in the media industry and politics?

Morgan, they're probably required to ask these silly questions for the classes so they can write their analysis essay. Humanities branch has some really silly courses from what I've found.

    Also,
