    Probably. These were huge in the 80's. They recently came out again.

    Everyone down my street were collecting these along with the Batman stickers in the 80's, they were great. On top of that all of the cards had a separate section of a larger picture on the back, if you collect 16 of them with the same picture (16 different pieces) then you'd make up the whole picture. Drippy Dan might look weird and sick to you guys but back in the 80's it was so wild and out of character of anything you'd see that every kid loved them.

    For a pack of 6 you also got some bubble gum in the pack which is another reason why they sold so well!

    Oh and I called my brother Nailed Neil for a good year after I got that card. Also had a friend called Craig and called him Cracked Craig.

    Yep. The three main things I collected in England... outside of the football book with the player cards for each team;
    GarbagePail Kids
    Where's the Beef
    Nerds - we only saw these at the post office. They were short supplied back then too.

    They were wildly popular when I was a kid, I'm 36 now! Judging by some of the comments on here I'd say kids were made of far sterner stuff back then...

    I think kids these days would have better taste... Some of those are just cruel and nasty, not even humorous.

    That's because nowadays kids these days are desensitised at a really young age playing COD at the age of 8, back then these were so gruesome that it was the closest thing we would see that's totally gross. These days kids see horrible things at the age of 5, it's a very different world than it was back then.

    I had a $#@! ton of these back in the day (mid 1980's), I had ever single one from series 1 up to series 4, after that I stopped really collecting them and I have no clue where all my old cards are now...
