    DS4 problem

I was on COD this morning and in a game my controller paused itself and was jumping up and down threw the options. Now when I turn it on its just turns off. It is most likely low battery but the problem is I was never warned about it. Shouldn't have the light bar change colors when the battery is low?

The ps4 will warn you a couple times before that happens
The light isnt related to the battery.

Its an on screen notification to tell you that the battery juice is depleted.

Though when the ps4 is on standby and charging the controller the light does pulse orange then go blue (I think) when charged.

    Is it okay now?

Its fine now I've charged it and it works but im a bit confused why the controller went into the menu option and was rapidly going threw all the options on its own. I just found out my xbox one is a default so im a bit worried. I noticed when something goes wrong for me theres number of things that follow

I can't speak on the DS4 doing that to me but i've had it happen with the Xbox One controller. I'd be watching Netflix and the batteries died in the controller. Then it started going through menus as if i was hitting buttons. Thought there was a ghost in my house at first.

The controller shut down and the ps4 went to the options menu so you can turn on another controller. The last input from the controller received by the ps4 was a left stick input. The ps4 just continued to loop that until a new input from a controller. Idk if that makes sense but it did while i poured it out... Its early and i havent finished my coffee....
