    Agreed. From what I saw from the various gameplay videos, Delsin switches power by interacting, or obsorbing from the various "power source spots" around the city. So for example, Delsin would switch to Smoke power by interacting with a smoking chimney on rooftop of buildings, or witch to Neon power by interacting with store signs lit with neon lights. So with that logic, this third power would have to also have power source spots lying around the city.

    So we should have already seen the power sources in the various video clips going around.
    A magnetic power would be pretty cool, being able to rip down those large structures at will could be fun.
    They also have a lot of focus on water in the game, puddles and such so we may see some sort of Water power.
