    Tv suggestions for PS4?

    Hey guys,

I am planning to buy a new tv (or maybe monitor) for my room (not quite big nor small but the distance will between tv and sofa wont be more than 1.7m). So I've planned to buy a 32inch 80cm Tv. However I dont have much idea. I just want to get rid of my input lag. Any suggestions?

More HZ = better refresh rate = less input lag. Plasma is the way to go if you want to save money.

But you have more heat, and temporary retention in the screen. That alone made me get rid of my plasma.

    Get a monitor!

Plasma has better colors if you don't want a monitor and they haven't solved burn in but it has gotten to a much less common problem

Did a quick search and this 32" Sony is great for lag at 26ms. Here's a link with some info http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=all

I have a Sony Bravia NX720 46inch. Its an LED 3D 240HZ tv. Its frickin awesome. Its my main tv in the living room, so its used for my ps4, uverse, and movies. It really looks great, saves on energy because of the LED backlighting, and does not produce any heat.

Here's a link. I got mine 2 years ago on memorial day weekend at Tiger Direct for $800! Great deal

Then take it up with displaylag.com that rated it great. Unless you go with a monitor, there aren't too many options that low.

I probably should have specified that I meant monitors can do 5 ms and below that's my fault. Do a TV it's not bad at all. I forgot about the difference in response time being so great.

What ever you are looking at, cross reference the TV to the input lag database to see if the TV would be good for gaming!

Not true. Some 120/240hz tvs use heavy processing that can cause a ton of input lag.
