So let me pose the question again to people that have already answered, only this time put yourself in the mindset that those issues are cast aside. You now instead pretty much have a console experience with PC levels of performance. Do you still side with console over pc versions to the cross platform titles?
One reason I will almost always go console over PC (my gaming rig needs updating now anyway) is that it is so much simpler to use. I put the disc in the drive and it goes. I don't have to spend a while installing (although that's coming in on consoles now, but they try to make it somewhat seamless) or changing my settings to actually get the thing working. I don't really like having the choice of Anti-Aliasing or dropping the frame rate to get a smoother frame-rate as it cuts into precious gaming time (no idea what I'm talking about right here).

Ease of use, then, is a big reason for me. I also spend most of my time working in front of a keyboard and mouse, so there's that too.

And I still like actually going to shops to buy games. I do love Steam sales but PC games are usually not very well covered in bricks and mortar stores.

Sports games and exclusives are the reason I keep a console around. I have been making a slow transiton to PC since 2010. I recently upgraded my PC and I'm just waiting on my new monitor to arrive so I can finally set up and start gaming regularly on PC.

For me it's exclusives and multiplayer games my buddies can only play on console. About 10 of us at work all bought ps4s on launch to run around shooting eachother :P.

As for PC ease of use, I find that these days its a much more reliable platform. For me to purchase games from early in the ps3 life cycle on pc, I tend to have to tweak them in some way. But games just releasing now I've had little to no issue with. But it all comes down to how it was ported, if it was ported.

Dark Souls 1 for instance requires fan made mods to give it higher than 720p resolution and unlocking the 30fps that was on the console version. Dark Souls 2 works right out the box as a 1080/60 experience.
