Here's the first video of 3? I think.
Shame this game is getting ignored in favor of generic shooters. I will be purchasing this game.
Bought the digital version. It has been available tuesday on PSN.So far I like it though its obvious low budget. The atmosphere, lighting, and combat is good.
-Is the combat varied enough that it doesn't get too repetitive?
-What is the difficulty like? More like Dark Souls or Kingdom of Amalur?
-Are there ways to heal yourself during battle? (from the videos I have seen the enemies tend to do quite a bit of damage)
-Are the companions really a help in battle or are they just kinda along for the ride?
-Only one companion at a time correct?
Thanks in advance for answering my questions, I have been itching for an RPG for the PS4 and this one looks interesting.Hard work never killed nobody but I ain't taking any chances

-It has checkpoints like Kingdoms and feels like a mix between that and Dragon Age with some Dragon's Dogma, but it can be really tough especially if you do not block or dodge so I would say in between as far as difficulty.
-Yes you can use potions or have your party member heal you and they warrior stance regenerates health after battle.
-The companions can help by being a distraction mostly LOL, but so far they have not done much damage, but you can choose their fighting style and they have some options to choose specific types of attack from distance, to close and in between. Yes it is only one companion at a time.
I have been enjoying it, but like I said the limitations are notable due to the budget and the dialogue show's that budget limit. I like the lore of the game and the plot actually keeps me interested and it has some nice enemies.
I would suggest playing it at a friend's house or watching walkthroughs if you are not sure.
I should receive my copy tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it. Should keep me busy for a while
