    I'm really jealous this is coming out only on Xbox One. As someone who owns EVERY insomniac developed game it feels like a bit of a slap in the face to be releasing such a big game on a different platform... Esecially when they say "in a lot of ways, this is the game we've been building for 20 years"... like... I have been supportive! But hey, this looks like the game that will push me over the edge to buy an Xbox One

    Apparently MS let them keep the IP, while Sony wouldn't. Which is why its on the Xbox, not PlayStation.

    I'm an Insomniac fan and I think this looks fabulous. We need more optimistic games these days. As others have said though, I don't know if this is enough to make me buy a Bone this year.

    Well, Sony owns the Ratchet and Resistance IPs, so it sounds quite plausible. Although I'm not sure why Sony would do that when push comes to shove. I thought they were all about being developer-friendly.

    Sony own R&C and Resistance cause that was the deal they made. Sony didn't try n take the IP when they wanted to go multiplat with the last game they decided to make. Fuse I think it was? I think MS just offered them money to make it exclusive and thats that.

    What I find funny is Insominiac saying they nolonger want to make exclusive titles and want to focus on multiplatform titles just to flip flop n make an exclusive title for MS. Lol

    Looks fun, but I wont be playing it. Had it been multiplatform like Insomniac said they wanted to be focusing on Id've probably bought it , but oh well.

    Not sure why R&C and Resistance keeps Insomniac from creating their own IP. Halo didn't prevent Bungie from making Destiny as a multiplat.

    Yeah Mynd he said the exact same thing on Neogaf, a lot of gamers are butthurt over this, mainly the ones that was calling it another fuse before actually seeing the game!!

    I guess, but thats not confirmation that Sony wouldn't let them keep the IP either. Hell, its not even confirmation they ever presented it to Sony. Just that MS believes in the game, their vision and is allowing them to keep the IP.

    Are you surprised? Its GAF. It seems like them retaining the IP was one of the key factors for this landing on xbox-one. Its good because if its successful they can do the multiplat thing for the sequel.

    Me personally, if a sequel went multiplatform I probably wouldn't support it.

    Im not keen on supporting franchises that didnt want to support a console one minute and decide they can rack in more money later if they support them if they have a hit. You either support a platform or ya dont.

    is that what i said? I said if is successful they can do a multiplat release for the sequel. I guess it all depends on what kind of agreement they have with MS. It sounds like this first version will only be for xbox-one.
