I have so much time for CDPR.

I actually only bought The Witcher 2 due to them releasing it without DRM and I really liked their attitude to PC gamers at a time when Ubisoft and other publishers were slamming us with strict DRM or calling us pirates.

Fortunately for me The Witcher 2 turned out to be an amazing title with fancy graphics. Can't wait for the next instalment.

I should start playing the first game again, I stopped around March, just didn't feel like sitting at my desk on my PC playing it for hours, but now since Steam streaming is released I can play it on my laptop in bed or something

Yeah use the HDMI out on the laptop to output 1080p and my Dualshock 3 connected via blue teeth.

"nor will we artificially delay release of the game on any of the platforms because somebody's paying us money for that. It's definitely against our values. We are not doing that."

    so that for sure happens?

You aren't a PC gamer are you. They said they wouldn't add DRM to their games and they didn't.
IF MS or Sony do not pay them money they can do whatever the heck they want.
They sell their games on word of mouth

I bought mine at Christmas for a similar price, in total I bought 10 games for 30.

I didn't like Witcher 2 all that much, but I have a lot of respect for these guys as developers and the way they deal with their audience. There's a lot of trust there, and they've earned it. Looking forward to the Witcher 3. It was my most anticipated game of the year, before it got pushed to next.
