    No. You get the Vita version if you buy the PS3 Minecraft, but not if you get the PS4 one. If you buy the PS3/Vita version, it costs $5 to get the PS4 version.

    Not that I know of, if you're wanting other versions as well as the PS4 one you might as well buy it for PS3 then use the $5 upgrade, even if you're not gonna play the PS3 version.

    The real bonus is if PS3 and Vita are cross play because then there'll be a ton of sales on Vita and it'll never have a dead online with all those PS3 players.
