Question How many of you game in 3D regularly?

There has been a ton of 3DTVs by now and I was wondering how many of you that have a 3DTV game in 3D regularly. If yes what games?

I broke my Nvidia vision glasses after 2 months pro tip: don't roll onto them when you're sleeping.

I quite liked Batman and Left4Dead for my 3D fix.

Was it just a nice addition?
Or you can't wait to get new glasses?

I will buy them again in the future but it was more of just a nice addition. It's nice to show it off but it didn't add a massive amount of immersion to my gaming experience

Got to be honest 3D doesn't interest me, might invest in one when I get a new TV but not something I get excited about!

I thought they stopped releasing games in 3D after it didn't take off.

I kinda thought of it like when I go to the cinema. I used to always watch 3D when given the choice now I don't bother.

Don't think they've stopped completely but support has gone slow recently

When I upgraded my TV back in March '12 to a 64" Samsung plasma, I got a great deal ($800 off retail) for the closeout model. I was ready to pay more for a lower end model w/o 3D, but the timing was great and so I grabbed the one I have now which has 3D.

I happened to own 6 games that supported 3D, plus there's a couple cable stations. I checked them out, and it was nice but only in so much as browsing environments when it came to game play. It actually bothered me a bit playing Killzone 3 and Motorstorm: Apocalypse when in serious action. I watched a few movies on Xfinity 3D channel with my son, and even some sports programs, but the novelty quickly wore off.

With that, I don't think I've picked up my 3D glasses in more than a year.

I've got a 3D TV but if the games don't support it, it looks like total crap imo... And in most situaions it's that that amazingly impressive anyway, as it mostly doesn't add anything.

if I get a game thst supports 3D I definitely test it out st least once though. If I enjoy it I might do it more often

3D really losses most of its impact on screens smaller than 100". Try playing in 3D on a screen that big or larger and it's a totally different experience.

Thanks to Spyrde for the sig/avy

I frequently play games in 3D, namely racing games as it helps with depth on the road, for a 23" monitor I can see a MASSIVE difference. It's like saying that you can't see a difference from 720P to 1080P after a certain difference - bollocks.

My friend has a 3D TV and I've only watched A Life of Pie and Wreck It Ralph in 3D and both times I was really impressed.

If anything I was more impressed with the 3D effect on a tv than I was at a cinema

I like it and watch movies in 3D regularly.I have a good TV so the depth is really nice.Games like Uncharted 3 and Sly Cooper looked really good.As did GOW Origins, Ico collection and Jak collection.I am disappointed that GOW Ascension, TLoU and B2S were not in 3D. I want PS4 games in 3D, but they dropped the support which is a mistake. It can irritate the eyes for long periods, but I enjoy it.The Avengers is my favorite movie to watch in 3D.

That would actually be a seating distance vs screen size and not a screen size alone thing. Sitting 6.5' away from a 65" TV is going to have the same effect as sitting 10' from a 100" screen.

That said, the flare of watching 3D in movie theaters has lost it's appeal to me as well. I'd rather watch the 2D version w/o the glasses.

I have a 3d tv and my projector is also 3d ready but far as stereoscopic 3d gaming goes, i lost interest in it after the first couple of years. Now when i'm gaming, and even if the game supports stereoscopic 3d, i feel like it isn't worth the hassle of wearing the glasses and gaming in 2d is sufficient. With movies though, i still am a regular 3d viewer and BD movie buyer, by now i have more than 50 BD movies in 3d.

Did it once or twice on my TV a few years ago. Hated it. On the other hand, I guess I technically play in 3D in my Rifts. I spent about 45 minutes in Elite Dangerous and about an hour in HL2VR yesterday and loved it.
