Since the controllers are bluetooth, would i be able to use a bluetooth headset that i use for my cell phone on my ps3??

In theory, yes, assuming such devices are supported by the PS3 and the games.

You probably will somehow be able to do that, it's just that a cell phone headset is most likely ill-suited for gaming.
Got my (2nd) PS3...seems to be doing all right so far.

thanks for the info...i was just asking cuz it sounds like a great feature...but its no big deal cuz i really won't be gaming online much on my ps3.

motorola makes one that is great. i have it but don't remember the model think its ht820 or something. headphones with built in mic. i use it to cut my grass while streaming from my cpu.

I think I once heard one of the develpers or sony themself said that you'll beable to use a cellphone bluetooth for your gaming.

but are the motarola headsets comfortable? when i see al those single ear headsets, i begin to feel like they would just pop out...i have never had one ut does that happen frequently with these single ear headsets?
