Most famous person/people you've seen or know?

The following people I have only seen apart from Russell Howard, who I know.

Russell Howard. Went to school with him.

Craig David at an airport about the time 7 days single came out.

Steve McFadden (Phil in eastenders) at a football match sat next to me.

Linda Henry (Shirley in eastenders) at a garden centre.

Jack Dee. Lived in the same village as my dad.

Lewis Hamilton and Alonso a few times at Silverstone and Spa.

So guys, who have you seen or know?

I used to work at Bertram Books in Norwich and when Adrian Edmundson wrote The Gobbler (so this is back in 1995) he also turned up at Bertrams to sign some copy's of the book. Of course he had a tour of the place and I was a lowly book packer then (packed customers orders into delivery boxes). Anyway on the tour he came past the bench I was working on and I remember I couldn't believe it was that guy from the TV! Eddie from Bottom! All I could manage to do was grunt a kind of 'hi' and nod. He said hi and nodded back. Kept me smiling for a few hours.

I met Bruce Willis once at a fund raising event when I was 7. Didn't really have much impact then.

I've seen many famous people when going to concerts and so on but no mega-super-stars whilst I've just been walking around. Though I think I saw Dr Dre when in NY once

I work at Festivals quite a lot so I've met many artists. Jungle Brothers, Arrested Development, David Rodigan and many others.

One 'famous' person fellow UK posters might now is Craig Charles. When I was working backstage at WOMAD he was playing a house set. After his set we smoked a few joints and had vodka shots for an hour or so. That man can drink

Yeah or fans of Corination street

Oh! My favourite was 2 summers ago. I went to see one of my favourite groups Jurassic 5 perform in Bristol. Before the show we were sat near the venue just chilling before it all started. We then saw one massive guy and one short guy. We chased after them once we were sure they were Charlie 2na and Akil the MC. spoke with them for a few minutes told them we were looking forward to the gig.

When we were inside we forced our way to the front and throughout the gig we kept getting pointed to and due to my mates erratic dancing we made Charlie 2na crack up on stage. Good times.

I met and spoke with Wayne Gretzky back in 2012, it was an amazing experience. For those into Ufology I have met with Stanton Friedman on many occasions to discuss all things Ufology. Amazing guy.

Played FIFA with Cody Davis (All-American in college, Safety for the Rams) in my living room. Two friends I knew from high school and in college have spent time with other NFL teams (Chargers and Cowboys).

Met John Lackey (MLB pitcher, won World Series... was a ****) and Clay Walker (country artist... he was cool, knew the owner) while working at a restaurant.

Have met the members of Lucero numerous times.

Then these aren't knowing, but knowing-by-association, but won't mention names (I think there's enough info though to hunt down the answer). A girl I know from high school has a Bacon number of 2 and is also dating a celebrity. Another girl I know from high school is marrying into a very well-known baseball family (I could say the first name of the father in the family and people would likely guess who it is).

The first celeb I met was Louise Redknapp at my local cinema back in 98' when she was fairly famous and extremely cute, I had a massive crush on her at the time!!

Bumped into Chris Eubank in a video store in Hove.

And Dame Kelly Holmes came to one of our company events a couple of years ago to give a motivational speech then came round and chatted to us all.
