Me and my friend have been playing a lot of old Smackdowns and for ex. Star Wars Battlefront together, but decided to go through Lara Croft: The Guardian Of Light. While I thought the game was only mediocre, it was really fun to play together. I'd love to hear suggestions for similar, good co-op games. It'd have to be local co-op, since normally my friend is a PC-only gamer.
Now we're not tied to any genre, so any, even wild suggestions would be good!

I loved my ps3 to death and it had some pretty fun co-op games. Castle Crashers was a blast to play with my friend, weather you do the co-op campaign or even just the volleyball mini-game. though it had online co-op but it was fun to play locally as well
Playing: Super Smash Bros. Wii-U, Majora's Mask 3-D, Dead or Alive 5: Last Round
