Film Synopsis:

The iconic monsters from two of the scariest film franchises ever, battle each other on earth for the first time on film. The discovery of an ancient pyramid buried in Antarctica sends a team of scientists and adventurers to the frozen continent. There, they make an even more terrifying discovery: Two Alien races engaged in the ultimate battle.

No matter who wins, we lose.

You can also download the trailer from there, which I really advise as it's a great trailer. I'm looking forward to this film so much! I'm sure it's going to be a blast! ...Quite literally probably. (Bad joke).

Anyway it's scheduled for release on August 13th in the UK and I think a little bit before in the US. Hope you find the info useful. Tell me what you guys think about the Alien and Predator films here if you like

Im thinking about seeing this. Freddy vs. Jason was mildly entertaining to watch, this appears the same. I hope Predator wins but it's likely they'll both kill eachother in some wierd sort of ending.

Yea. In the trailer the predators have like wacky size arm blade things - much bigger than in the originals. I think the predators appear to be too good. But then again there is the alien queen and I think there is a head honcho predator too, so that will be a super cool battle if/when it happens.

i don’t know why but i get the feeling they will overdo pred's killing power and underdo alien's
hopefully this will be the first film that i have seen in a long time that actually scares me
guess i have to wait and see

Wow that games looks cool. Hopefully it will be one of the few film to game crossovers that will actually turn out good. For example Enter the Matrix.

The upcoming sequel to LucasArts' sleeper hit, Mercenaries, now has it's own official website. Included in the website are several details about gameplay options, videos, and screenshots. The gameplay options sound very cool, and range from coopertive multiplayer, to building your own mercs company from the ground up. Mercenaries 2 will no doubt be a blast to play on the PS3 upon it's unannounced release.
