Since the first was a steaming pile of doo, it didn't take much to be "better".

I was about to post the exact same thing... though with less flattering language.

Not only is this movie very funny, but it has an interesting plot as well.
It’s one of the most brilliant films ever made.

Love, love LOVE it. The love between two robots can be so touching. My outright favourite animation.
My little on has started digging on this recently (meaning she’s watched it several times in a week or two), and I almost always get wrapped up in it too. Beautiful character development, considering there’s basically no dialog for the first half. It’s a _touch_ heavy handed on a few points, but overall just an amazing piece of work from Pixar.

As with Aronofsky's other films, this is very intense. It's only 85 minutes though, so give it a look.

    Pi (Darren Aronofsky, 1998) D
Holy $#@! this film is awful. I can't even fathom how disappointed I was. The film is a total mess. The character starts off crazy, which isn't interesting at all. I wanna see him GO crazy. But yes, he's crazy at the start and he ends up having these weird and trippy visions that become incredibly tedious. The story is barely existent and makes no sense whatsoever. There are also these weird camera shots that exist only for Aronofsky to say, "Look at how different I am!" Being different doesn't count for $#@! if your movie sucks and it doesn't count for $#@! if you do it for the sake of doing it. Oh, and the acting sucks as well. I mean it's really really bad. Tommy Wiseau level of bad at points.

The Game (David Fincher, 1997) C+
Michael Douglas is great and Fincher's direction is pretty damn good as well. The film builds up a lot of mystery and suspense, but then the ending comes along and it kills everything. Most of the movie is an A- in my book, but the ending is just so damn bad that it cheapens the entire experience.

But I can definitely understand if you didn't like it. It's one of those movies that is hard to watch, but I found it interesting at the same time. I liked the ending as well.

Fail. Two letters can't stand for one word. I'll let you work on that one though

Btw, it's also quite unoriginal that someone on this forum doesn't like RT. Your gonna have to wait in line

That's why i agree with RT, that line is quicker.

Yeah, I sometimes don't agree with Rotten Tomatoes but I don't hate them outright. I mean, look at X-Men: First Class. The Tomatometer and Audience ratings are nearly identical. They also gave a higher rating for Cloverfield than the audience, which I liked.
