Women should definitely have curves. Shakira is still my top. Singers somehow don't seem as bothered with those trends, thankfully. There are actresses though that still stand fast to it. Hayden was my favorite in that respect. May not be the best actress, but she looked hot.

I liked this, but it's nowhere near great and some stuff could have been edited out, like the unecessary comic humor, but Genesis Rodriguez is my new found crush. She's such a cutie in this movie.


God Bless America: 8.5/10

Now this here, folks is a movie for people who fantasize. It's pretty pretentious too with all the jabs its taking at very famous people, which I'm sure TRF would not agree with a line in particular in the movie (not gonna spoil it, you should see this) lol. This movie is the ultimate wet dream and I've always wanted to make a movie like this, about people who have a problem with whatever they hate about the world. Too late.

Have you ever wanted to kill someone over the smallest thing? This movie helps you play out that fantasy and it talks to you as the viewer through philosophical and ideological dialogue from the two lead characters who are protagonists or antagonists according to you and/or society in general.

But by no means should you do what is happening in this film, because when it all comes down to it, these people are extremely irrational. And you'll probably go to prison for eternity. God Bless America is a fun, black comedy for the whole family! A political and general satire of America and it certainly feels like it could be the prequel to Southland Tales, even though the director is not from Donnie Darko, but certainly from his production company.

This is a movie that will get you talking after it ends, trying to rationalize why they did what they did and a very good movie to watch if you're having a shitty day. Falling Down is another good movie to watch that's just like this, except it came out before this in the 90's and it stars a disgruntled and fed up Michael Douglas.

However some things could have been taken out out of the movie because it makes its points a little too obvious at times and it makes you think "Ok, I get it already, you hate so and so because of this, now move on". But that's really it. Do yourselves a favor when you're pissed off or bored, watch God Bless America.

Wanna see GBA. It's over the top in some parts of the trailer... I mean mowing down the american idol set is obviously OTP but some of it is kinda spot on. I want to see it for the satirical take on America.

TBH, until seeing a couple good reviews in here I had deemed this movie "The most ridiculous, stupid looking movie of the year." Now I'm interested. Mostly just curious to see if I will share the views of the few people that have reviewed it on here. Not going to pay 10 bucks to go see it though. Will wait for DVD.

@RedDragon7 Have you seen animated movies at all? Akira (now on Blu Ray)/ Grave of the Fireflies / and Spirited Away are all masterpieces.

Akira 312 colors in the pallette at 24 fps..

Don't watch this movie with younger siblings or relatives though..
