    Gravity (2013)

It's a good movie, not going to lie, but I don't understand the hype behind it that I read around.. Just like with Avatar.. I didn't like Avatar THAT much.. But yeah, good movie though

    8/10

    Panic Room 8.5/10

Another Fincher classic that gets overlooked because of the writing near the end. There were a couple of scenes that could have been developed more and I would have loved to have found out what would happen to Whitaker's character, other than getting arrested. The whole plot felt like a setup too, like that lady and the real estate agent knew about the money and were planning a get rich scheme off the new residents moving in.

It's otherwise an awesome movie. Some nice transitions in the editing and it's got the David Fincher look to it for cinematography. Rusty surfaces and lots of greens and browns. But what I love more is that they shot the entire movie in one location or several sets in one location - a house. Jodie Foster was really great and Kristen Stewart was really awesome too surprisingly.

Worth a watch. I wish it was on blu-ray.

Bad Grandpa 9/10- Bit o of a change from the usual Jackass formula but I very much enjoyed it. This movie was funny as hell.

    The Godfather: Part Two:

    10/10

Finally got round to rewatching this one, my dad had a 'blinkbox' code, and funnily enough my Smart TV had a blinkbox app. So I bought this movie.
Fantastically written, perfectly executed; Robert De Niro and Al Pacino both absolutely fantastic.
The movie just flows so perfectly and you fail to even realise you're sat staring at a screen for over three hours.

Kaz: Pushing the Virtual Divide - 8/10

Any GT fan MUST watch this. Car enthusiasts as well. This is an awesome doc that chronicles a bit of Kaz's life in developing for PD and how the process of how the GT series is made. They look into how they design the levels, what they do on location with photos and just go really in depth with bringing in a car into the GT series. It's a wonderful doc for car lovers and GT series fans. Should be up on Youtube for free, but I recommend using Crackle on your PS3's to watch it for free..and with 30 second commercials, unfortunately, but you won't find it for download online. Too many leechers.

There were some truly wonderful performances from Robert Downey Jr. in this and it made a lasting impression on me. Even Shia Labouef was great. I didn't like the beginning though. Felt too overwhelming and cluttered and all over the place..but when it calmed down, it was a nice story. That was wonderful to see RDJ cry.

Rate The Last Movie You've Seen

Agree with me, don't agree with me; idc.

    However, 'Escape from Alcatraz' 2/10
Went on the critically acclaimed movies on Netflix and I do enjoy prison break content so I gave it a whirl.
In comparison to 1972's The Godfather; the picture quality and acting/screenplay was abysmal. Characters seemed slow, pausing before replying etc.
I thought things generally got better with age?

The plot is rushed and you feel by the time of the break not a lot has been explained at all. The break segment is short and would have liked to have seen a slight day or two aftermath from the prisons perspective.

Maybe I'm being too picky but I felt there was nothing to this film.

    Filth - 3.5/5.

If people have seen they'll probably disagree, but I didn't like the ending. First 2/3s it was a very solid 4/5 - I just didn't like the route it went down exactly.

I never liked it myself, it always seemed to have $#@!ty cheesy fight scenes, I think Tom added the cheesy bits and that is what ruined it.

    MI3 was a huge improvement I thought.
