Goodfellas.... but I already have it on HD DVD.
Thats it. SAWI, II and III are by far the WORST horror movies ive ever seen in my life. Im a huge horror fan and own some titles that are just hard as hell to find .... I collect them. I dislike SAW so much I could say I hate them, so terrible!
Im not too excited about any of these movies.

None of these appeal to me that much. I want Star Wars, pretty much.
Can't wait to get a flat panel. I just might have to splurge when GT5 comes out. I can't just not be able to play when I'm moving between work and school.

Aliens Vs Predators
I'll probably pass on everything else. I'm still hoping that a few other, as of yet unannounced, movies will come out on Blu-ray.TRUE STORY||Talisman once bet NASA they could survive re-entry without a spacesuit. On July 19th, 1999, a naked Talisman re-entered the earth's atmosphere, streaking over 14 states and reaching a temperature of 3000 degrees. An embarrassed NASA publically claimed it was a meteor, and still owes Talisman a beer.

Probably The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Alien VS. Predator. I have a connection at Maple Pictures (Saw II, Saw III and Crank).

Crank because that movie was fun to watch in the theaters. It'll look great on Blu ray.
The only other thing I'd think about getting is Hitchhikers guide but I might not since I already have it on DVD and I'm trying not to rebuy my movies on Blu ray just in case it doesn't make it against HD DVDs. I'm not pessimistic but I'd just hate to be out a lot of money.

I get 10% off BR plus whatever else for a year at Amazon.com plus they have free shipping on lots of BR now so I got
Crank, Goodfellas (for 19.95 before my 10%), and The Guardian all shipped free
I think this was a good month for BR.

no no no, i got goodfellas for 19.95 then my 10% made it like 17.90.. crank is 27.95 but I paid 25.16 with my 10% off.. Amazon also has free 3-5 day shipping on most BR movies.
the 10% was a deal they did last month, I made a thread about it.. Everyone who ordered then will receive 10% Blu-Ray for the next year on top of any other promotions.

My list:
GoodFellas (Warner)
Chicago (Buena Vista)
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Buena Vista)
I'll probably rent Employee of the Month and Crank to see how those are, and maybe pick them up.
Really, not that much that excites me... but it IS January. No movie you want to sell do you release in January -- Christmas is over and summer's still too far away.
