NHL 2004

Am I the only one who plays Hockey? I love NHL 2004. 2005 is out, but I have yet to pick it up. Great graphics and controls, except when fighting. The fighting controls are hokey and a waste of time.
I also got a copy of NHL 2K5, Graphics are not as good, but fight controls are great and there are a lot of extra games to play.

My friend has it, it is defintally a load of fun and serves for some great laughs when all you want to do is go around and check people.

hansbrinker do you actually play hockey and if you do mind telling me what leaue I play bantam AA and as for NHL games I owned 1 then I broke it

I don't know why I dont get another one cause I really enjoyed it

hockey games rule!!!!!!!!!! they are only second to soccer games tho(sorry but i'm was born in europe so its in my blood, then again i'm russian/ukrainian so hockey is in my blood too; lol)

but i love hockey, espcially when ur home team is the best one....

Wipeout coming to the PS3

New job listings for Sony's company at Liverpool Studios suggests that there will be a PS3 version of Wipeout coming as well as a new Wipeout for the PSP.

One of the job positions is for a Lead/Senior Designer which will help "have a key role in realising future iterations of Wipeout on PSP and PS3."

In addition there is word that Sony is also hiring at their London Studio for help in developing a new football series. Now this is soccer football and not the american sport which should be obvious since EA has control over the NFL license as well as the NFL players license for their Madden franchise.

Hopefully Sony will release more info about the Wipeout franchise soon and with TGS coming up there is a high probability.
