PS3 needs a "Americas Army"

I decided to go ahead and just play a computer game and americas army came to mind. Then i thought well you know the PS3 needs something like this. Not necessarly americas army but something similar.

What it would be is a game that either comes in a update or in the store and you download it. It would be FREE just like AA and would be a massive online game, not a MMO but a game that is just online and not much more. I would like it to bea FPS like AA where teamwork is needed etc... Anyways here would be the key feuters

1 Its FREE, who ever makes it though puts the logo and such all over it to get fans.
2 It comes one with your PS3, i mean its a game you can start up your ps3 and start playing. Since its on playstation network your name and such is all set up.
3 It has leader boards and all kinds of other stuff right on your ps3. Its basicly something unique about the playstation network. It might even be listed as a "playstation network game" or something.
4 Its a FPS lke americas army so it needs teamwork and is freindly to the buddy lists and such. And instead of creating new buddy lists it just uses the one on your XMB.
5 It gets updates you download through the store adding new content and fixing glitches. It has no cheats or anything to ruin the game etc...

Its kinda hard to explain but it would be really neat to have. ITs basicly a game that they give us that is one and one with the playstation3/network and it would most likely be active like AA is.

Man I used to LOVE AA. Played it all the time... is that still around? Lol lost track of it and if it were still around and still awesome I would think about getting it for my new computer that I should be having my friend build in a couple of weeks.

this is a good Idea I for sure would enjoy it.... a free online game for every PS3 fan. That would introduce them to PSN. of course cost is always the issue

Yeah it's still around on version 2.8 got a map editor and you can play against A.I. it about 2GB. yeah good idea somthing like aa thats free would be nice

Same here, maybe cause it was small and there's only one way to go. lol I love small maps there's always more action that way.

Yea i started playing it again but im getting a error whenever i play lol. I fixed it then i started lagging, but when i get that sorted out ill play a few games here and there. Its still very active.

Sounds like a good idea. Even Americas army wouldnt be too bad. After all Uncle Sam may foot the bill for a port if PS3 does well.

well they came out with a console version of AA and it was put out pretty cheap I think. The game I wanted to get but then I played the pc version. I thought it was ok but online was different because I happened to get in some games that I was killed in seconds which was weird. I never did like the controls but if they come out with a free ps3 version I would download it and play it if I get bored of other fps.

Imagine that, but with better graphics and more people online. Sounds like an idea to me. I can see it now, planetside 2 for ps3.

Wouldnt be surprised if socom 4 was an MMOFPS though.

Do you know where to buy it? Ive looked and the only places i find it are online stores and they say "reserve" or "future release" like its not out yet. I thought it came out a while ago.

Anyone know where to submit ideas? I asked them over email but even hinting at the fact that you want to submit an idea makes them send a "we get suggestions every day bla bla" so they wont listen.
