i am sick and tired of this fanboyism going around why does one company always come on top with someone it's whether it's microsoft, nintendo or sony. is what people buy on, one question WHY? what makes a good console? not a brand but the console itself now i was pretty much a fanboy of sony but i didnt slag people off calling the xbots or nintendrones that my friend is completey sad! but i opened my mind a bit to other machines and after a while i thought. come on harry u aint getting a ps3 at launch, just buy another console til a bit after. so after 5 days i managed to find a wii. well what can i say the graphics not very good but a console is not about graphics, yes they are a major factor but not the main factor. the main factor is fun full stop. a wii is brilliant fun people go ooooh it's just a cheap laugh, it's just a gimmick it will wear off. no it wont. a £425 games console(i know the ps3 has alot more but in reality it's just a games console people want) or a £180 console that is great fun for all the family and i do mean all the family. the other day my grandparents were playing bowling and it really was great fun. if i had a ps3 they would of sat there watching. and dya no what my 65 year old grandad wnats to buy one. that is the effect it has on people. not what a ps3 has people think £425 QUID!!! why is it that much then u go on it has this, this, this and this but really no one that reads up on ps3 really care do they? well ive dragged on a bit here but im just saying do what i did open your eyes to another machine. you just might like it.
