Th guy just took the pictures from the burning vessel last year and edited the artcle to make it look like it was recent.

Well, the ship was natrualy full of burning PS3s, you know... BEFORE IT WAS EVEN LAUNCHED.

erm you know the xbox360 had a YEAR to sell consoles and didnt have "competitors" (sony sold more ps2s every month just btw)
and ps3 is only sold in north america and japan......

Im sorry but I just dont see 100 + million diehard "loyal" PS2 consumers buying a PS3 espeically since Sony had the gall to price the PS3 at $600.
You can say all you want about the technology powering the PS3 which is quite impressive but to a lot of people that is totally irrevant (Price and Fun Games being what they want) Look at Wii for a prime example of this.
