This is troubling. Leftwich under center means a healthy dose of the run game, and for good reason. Too bad the run game is ineffective.

Great game last night. The steelers held it together.

Agreed. Was looking forward to the T-Sizzle/Big Ben matchup. Though it was kind of tainted already with The hair missing the game.
They did. And despite what they did to get the tying FG, I knew that the Steelers would eventually make Cassel crack. Tbh, as bad as Flacco gets on the road sometimes, I wouldn't trade those performances for Cassel, Sanchez, etc.
Poor Chiefs; their D shows so much promise sometimes. They just need some sort of Alex Smith QB play to make them competitive/win more games.

Flacco seems to have the Steelers number as of late and our corners have been playing just well enough to not draw attention to themselves. If Clark has to miss the game and we start Mundy and Will Allen things could go badly very quickly.
Mundy was a Mountaineer, therefore I won't talk too badly of the guy, but he draws way too many costly penalties for helmet-to-helmet hits and hasn't learned his lesson. He's a huge liability in the backfield. All your bacon are belong to me.

Sunday will be no fun if Big Ben isn't playing. However, I don't care that much. Just hope the Ravens can find a way to win and fend them off for at least another week. Until proven otherwise, I think its a chance we'll still split. I need Flacco to murder the middle of field and for my entire coaching staff to just stay out of the way! Don't watch me, watch TV!

Meh - Leftwich looks like he can make a couple of important 3rd/4th down throws if he needs to. Certainly better than Batch.
Still, with our current Run D, Mendenhall, Dwyer, Redman, should all have field days. If Haley was smart, he'd just keep rotating the three on downs until they get a first down.

Without a doubt. However, Mendenhall will still be on the sidelines and it will be Chris Rainey (R) getting some looks in his stead.

A win today vs Buffalo and we're right back in the wildcard hunt.
I really don't know what to expect. I hope the team bounces back. Reggie will come through. He always does vs Buffalo.
I'll definitely be paying attention to games around the league especially Baltimore vs Pittsburgh. Hopefully the Ratbirds take care of business.

Today's game will be close. TNF games usually have been this season (with the exception of the Vikes/Bucs game). Plus these two teams are more or less evenly matched with the edge on Defense to the fins.
