Judges don't get to make examples out of anyone until they've been found guilty tough, and there lies problems. It's a long road to that when involving DUI cases. I'm with you though, I certainly hope the judge gets that opportunity. Originally Posted by DeviousOne

They got him. He failed sobtiety tests and took him and had blood drawn to prove it.
Another cowboy player in 2003 did the same thing and he got 15 years for it, so im thinking this guy is going to jail. Rightfully so.

Rightfully so, I agree. Don't count the chickens before the eggs hatch though. While you can find DUI cases that were won, you can find three times that amount that were lost with the same conditions "met". There are a lot of things that go against the police when arresting and testing someone for DUI. It's terrible. Originally Posted by chrisw26308
