Chip Kelly actually recruited Johnny Manziel in college, he wanted him as the Oregon QB but he ended up going to Texas A&M.

I'd be jumping for joy if the Eagles were able to draft Johnny.

Yeah I know. He missed out for sure. I think A&M has to be one of the favorites for next year's National Championship.

I feel like Manziel is already in the NFL - Colin Kaepernick. If the Eagles are in the position to draft hi, wouldn't that mean at least a top 3 pick?

I think its a good hire. Offense is their weak spot, and Trestman is a QB/offense specialist. Was oc for the 49ers with Steve Young and for the Raiders when Gannon was MVP. Runs a west coast offense and is a disciple of guys like Bud Grant and Bill Walsh.

The guy was in the NFL for years. He went to the CFL to get HC experience. Let's not act like he's some CFL lifer who got hired miraculously.

Personally, I think firing Lovie was a bad idea...I mean the Bears were still 10-6 this season...

I mean I'm looking at it from a far, not sure how Bears fans feel about Lovie but I think it's rough going 10-6 and still end up losing your job.

Yeah I didn't quite agree with the Lovie firing. Although i guess it shows just how powerful a playoff drought can be.

Jaguars signed Gus Bradley as their new head coaach.

If I were him, I would have stayed in Seattle...JAcksonville is a mess of a franchise.

The Lovie Smith firing was a long time coming. Regardless of the record this year, the Bears missed the playoffs 5 of the last 6 years. 7-3 last year before their collapse and 7-1 this year and missed the playoffs both years. This isn't Jacksonville...the number 2 market in the NFL and founding franchise of the NFL deserves better. Lovie hired and fired coordinators and it still wasn't working. In his 9 years he's had 4 OC and only had 1 offense ranked in the top half of the league. Usually they are near the bottom. Also had 3 different DC in his time here.

Smith was clueless about offense and you can't win in today's NFL without offense.

This is Garrett's last season to get it done. Playoffs or he is fired.

Not me. I bask in their misery!
As long as Jerry Jones is around, I'll have plenty of entertainment lol
As for Lovie, as a Packer fan, it's a shame to see him go lol. But it was the right move as R_Mac said above. Don't know anything about this new guy besides what's been said here, so it'll be interesting to see what happens with them.

Really thought Lovie was going to the Chargers. Quite surprised there and stuff. And my goodness... why does Norv Turner have to come to my division as offensive coordinator of the Cleveland shits? Not a huge matter, but damn, should've stayed on the West Coast somewhere!

Oh! Did I mention Jerry Jones ain't shit? Fuck him and the Cowboys! Joe Flacco told him to suck on that! ONE MORE THING!
Did I mention 40 - 17 Ravens over Patriots? I did? Cool! Get to your local Vegas style betting platform immediately!
