I'm not sure the Texans need corner backs anymore. Clowney and watt are going to be at the quarterback as soon as the play starts. Lol, joking, sort of.

Wait, so that means..I have a...I have a - chance?

Your new Texans starting CB - ADMARTIAN!

    I'll give it 100%, get 1 or 2 ints(thanks to Watt/Clowney batted-balls).

Except when I play the Ravens.

Johnson + Watkins + Woods + Williams = Undefendable WR corps. No one, not even the Pats, could have defended them with those 4 on the field. But they traded their best and surest WR so they better hope Watkins has a good year.
A little late but I thought I'd weight on on this since the Bills are my team. I'm not upset with trading a way a Stevie. He was inconsistent and if I remember right has dropped the ball at the worst times. Like on the 10 yard line, in our end, on 3rd down...don't drop the freaking ball stevie! And the other teams picks it up.

I took this portion out of an article which I think describes Stevie accurately. Some people think he's the best WR we had others see the flaws. I also found it really off putting when I heard Stevie on the radio saying he doesn't bother looking at the playbook during the off season. Do you not take this seriously at all? Rubbed me the wrong way. The article talks about it but its his maturity or lack there of. He needs to grow up and take things more seriously. You can flaunt all you want but if you can't produce it means nothing.

Johnson is the 10th-leading receiver in Bills history, in both catches and yards gained, and in my opinion it's very hard to consider him less than one of their 10 best receivers ever. He has a knack for getting open against even the game's top cover-corners. In an era relatively lacking for highlights, Johnson has given the Bills and their fans many.

But his successes aren't what define his career. I'm not sure controversy should either; receivers and edgy touchdown celebrations these days are common.

    So what does?

I asked myself this question at the stadium Sunday shortly after watching Kansas City's Sean Smith run that pick back 100 yards, chased at full-speed by both Graham and Robert Woods while Johnson jumped and pouted back in the end zone.

That play sums up Johnson's career in a way. He came wide open on a third-down goal-line pass, a rare skill. The pass went elsewhere, rendering his achievement useless. He got upset, and he made sure everyone knew it.

His high level of ability, his value on the play not coming to fruition, and his selfish histrionics -- all on display at once.

That right there is Stevie Johnson's career as a Bill.

It's interesting to me for how capable Johnson is that he has never seemed to convince the people in power around him that he deserves the ball more. No doubt that a prohibiting factor is that these people this year are different. New coaches this year and three new quarterbacks. But even with Gailey/Fitzpatrick, Johnson never quite became the so-called number-one option that teams -- often teams like the Bills with lesser surrounding talent -- lean on.

Does it surprise you that Johnson has only once in his career caught more than eight passes in a game? (Good for you if you know the game because I didn't. It was in Toronto against the Bears where he had 11 catches.) Or how about that he only twice has more than one touchdown catch in a game? Twice!

No doubt his defenders have their guns up to tell me how the Bills haven't had good enough quarterbacks. This is where I tell them that isn't the point here and then they tell me again that the Bills haven't had good enough quarterbacks. Like Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. Or Matt Schaub. (Andre*Johnson has 36 games of nine catches or more. That's 35 more than Stevie. 35.)

The point is that whoever the Bills' quarterback or play-caller is at a given time, Johnson hasn't earned their respect enough to be targeted like the other big guys in the league.

    And that's on him.

Focus. Control. Conviction. Resolve. A true ace lacks none of these attributes. Nothing can deter you from the task at hand except your own fears. This is your sky.

Wow, I didn't know all of that about Stevie Johnson.

The great thing about it is Watkins + Williams + Woods is still a dynamic WR corp.

There's a chance this year that the AFC East could be one of the best divisions and maybe 2 teams from it will make the playoffs. Of course, it's too early to judge.

Yeah AFCE is good. NFCW will still be the division to beat. AFCS will be a shuffle. AFCW will be Denver + SD again.

I don't see us making the dance this year if so it'll be a struggle/luck to get to the playoffs. Browns WILL BE better. So yeah, not optimistic.

Joe just can't carry it on his own, he's no ARod or whatever, and that's fine I guess. But if you know that (as a GM, coach) then you get him help. Not sure if Steve Smith or O Daniels are the guys but we'll see. Considering the Oline position is still terribly unclear, not sure if he'll even be healthy to prove me wrong.

Oh man I've been gone for awhile.

Good draft all around I might add. I have mixed feelings about my Panthers draft. I like the pick at WR in the first round. Maybe we should have traded up to get Watkins or Evans but that definitely would've been a stretch. I just want Cam to have someone explosive with those vet wrs we picked up. But eh

Underwood was a good pick up. Even though his route running sucks, his speed makes up for it, he can on a consistent base get behind the dbs

Well so much for the Colts vs Broncos game being competitive. The Colts' Mathis is out for that game and that's the main way to beat Manning: knock him on his tail.

That would be stupid, but that's fine too. The NFL is just getting stupid anyway. And...

LOL @ 49ers for giving Caperpick 126 million to fail. 60 guranteed for when he fails. I can't be the only person who sees he's a fraud... am I?

If Kapernick gets 126 million, then imagine what Cam Newton is going to get!

No matter what the number will be, both will be insanely overpaid.

We got possible BIG hold outs an both are in the NFC West!

Vernon Davis is 30, has 2 years left on his current contract, and is asking for possibly his last big paycheck! He's threatening to hold out!

Beast mode in Seattle is getting 5 million per year, but is asking the Seahawks for MORE! He's threatening to not only hold out, but retire!

What do you guys think? Should they get paid? Should they play out their contracts and THEN ask for more?

2 years left on a contract and holding out just send odd. Isn't it usually on their last year they do that?

Not saying he is guilty or not, just want to point out that their are plenty of people who will willingly have relations with a wealthy big name athlete only to turn around and claim rape after the fact. $$ can makes people do crazy things.

I've read a lot about this and an Arizona judge said there was enough evidence to deny bail. He's going down.

They weren't violent rape, he just drugged them and had his way. He's going down.

Did he actually drug them drug them or did they drink themselves drunk and have relations while drunk? Which nowadays could still be considered as drugging and raping them if they decide to "change their mind" afterwards.

Serious question. Dont know anything about this case.
