Rare Bugatti crashes into trees!

A car worth more than £800,000 was involved in a collision with a van before crashing into trees.
The accident occurred in heavy rain on a 40mph section of Renfree Way, Shepperton, Surrey, on Sunday.

The rare Bugatti Veyron collided with a Vauxhall Astra van carrying a pregnant woman, who was taken to hospital as a precaution but later went home.

No one else was hurt but police have reported the Bugatti driver for driving without due care and attention.

Surrey Police said the luxury car was driven by a man who had a male passenger with him.

A man and a woman were travelling in the Astra.

The accident occurred at 1440 GMT and the road was closed until 1630 GMT.

The eight-litre, hand-crafted Veyron has a top speed in excess of 250mph.

The 1,000 horsepower Bugatti can accelerate from 0 to 60mph in 2.5 seconds.

Before a Supercar can really be called a supercar it has to be crashed in a ridiculous manner.

Remember Rowan Atkinson crashing a Mclaren F1 into a Mini and nearly writing it off?
Also, that millionaire's son who took his day-old Enzo out and tanked it...killing himself. The Enzo had 9 miles on the odometer. Brilliant (not for the kid, of course).

I just checked and that is correct. I thought it used to be the fastest a few years ago and then another car was produced that beat this one. I think I read that from Howstuffworks.com or some other site. Maybe it's not out yet so it's not currently the fastest.

As i know buggati can reach 420km/h teoretical speed, it has V16 engine and 1001 horsepower run via 4 turbo injectors, i realy doubt that there is car who will beat that.

Well they can't really and neither can Bugatti/VW because they are too expensive too make, which is why they only made a few.
When they were first on Top Gear Clarkson said they only mde them to prove it could be done and that they cost £4million to make to be sold for £850k
